Welcome to The Kin Surfers. Please read these Terms of Sale and Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing any digital products or professional reading services from our website. By checking the agreement box at checkout, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who We Are and How to Contact Us

This website is operated by YI CHING PTE. LTD. ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Singapore with UEN202604213K. Our registered office is located at 60 PAYA LEBAR ROAD, #06-28, PAYA LEBAR SQUARE, SINGAPORE 409501

2. Nature of Services (The Professional Disclaimer)

2.1 For Entertainment Purposes: All professional reading services provided are for educational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only. A reading is a subjective interpretation and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

2.2 No Guarantees: We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or outcomes of any reading or digital product. The path you take following a reading is your own responsibility.

Disclaimer: The Human Design reports, and all other modalities and insights provided through this website are for educational and self-reflection purposes only. They do not constitute, and should not be a substitute for, professional medical, psychiatric, financial, or legal advice.

By using this service, you acknowledge that:

3. Purchases and Payment

3.1 Pricing: All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless stated otherwise. Prices are net and not subject to GST

3.2 Payment: We accept payments via Stripe / Apple Pay / PayNow. You must provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

4. Digital Products

4.1 Fulfillment: Digital products (guides, workshops, downloads) are considered "consumed" at the moment the download link is generated or access is granted.

4.2 Refund Policy: All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. If you encounter a technical error, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement file.

5. Professional Reading Services

5.1 Booking: Your appointment is only confirmed once payment is received.

5.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling:

More than 48 hours notice: Full refund or credit.
24 to 48 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee applies.
Less than 24 hours / No-show: Non-refundable.

5.3 Late Arrivals: If you are late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client’s slot. No partial refunds will be given for shortened sessions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law:

We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the specific service or product in question.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

7.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

7.3 Third Party Rights: A person who is not a party to these Terms shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of its terms.

8. The Data Accuracy Clause

Accuracy of User Input: > Our reports are generated automatically based on the exact birth data (date, time, and location) you provide at the time of purchase.

Client Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your birth information before submitting your order.

No Free Re-runs: Because our system incurs costs to generate each unique PDF report instantly, we cannot offer free corrections or "re-runs" if you discover you provided an incorrect birth time or location after the report has been delivered.

Correction Fee: If you need a report regenerated with corrected data, a new purchase will be required, or a "Correction Fee" of $50 will apply.

Software Variability: Minor variations in planetary calculations may exist between different Human Design software providers (e.g., Jovian Archive vs. Genetic Matrix). These variations are based on different ephemeris settings and do not constitute a "faulty" product.

Privacy Policy

The Kin Surfers ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and international standards like the GDPR.

1. Data We Collect

We may collect the following personal data when you book a reading or purchase a product:

Identity Data: Name, date of birth, time of birth, and location of birth (required for specific reading services and digital products) prov

Transaction Data: Details about payments to and from you (processed via secure third-party gateways)
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and usage data via cookies.

Purpose : We only use your data to process orders, comply with legal tax obligations, and (if you opt-in) send marketing updates.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly for:

Service Delivery: Generating your readings and delivering digital products.
Communication: Sending booking confirmations, reminders, and responding to inquiries.
Marketing: Sending newsletters (only if you have provided "opt-in" consent).
Compliance: Meeting legal and regulatory requirements in Singapore.

3. Consent and Withdrawal

By providing your personal data, you consent to our collection and use as described. You may withdraw your consent at any time (e.g., unsubscribing from emails) by contacting our Data Protection Officer (DPO). Please note that withdrawing consent may prevent us from providing certain services to you.

4. Disclosure to Third Party Service Providers (Data Intermediaries)

We do not sell your data.

We only share data with trusted third-party applications necessary to run our business, such as:

Birth data (Date/Time/Place) to generate charts via Bodygraph.com
Third-Party Disclosure: Data is shared with Bodygraph.com (the processor)
Payment processors : Stripe/Apple Pay/PayNow/PayPal
Email marketing platforms : WIX CMS, Bodygraph.com and GoHighLevel.com, MailChimp
Appointment scheduling software : WIX Booking Calendar

These providers are bound by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or hold certifications (like the Data Privacy Framework) to ensure your data is protected to Singapore standards, even when stored overseas.

5. International Transfers

As we use cloud-based service providers, your data may be transferred to and stored in servers located outside of Singapore (e.g. USA, EU). We ensure these transfers are protected by (i) entering into Data Processing Agreements with these providers, (ii) ensuring they comply with recognized international standards (such as GDPR), or (iii) obtaining your explicit consent at the point of collection complying with the PDPA Transfer Limitation Obligation.

6. Data Security and Retention

We implement appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost or accessed in an unauthorized way. We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
